These terms describe the agreement between you and Inovare Services for the use of the Surakshit Samvaad application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Surakshit Samvaad, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your Secret ID, device, and PIN secure. We cannot reset your PIN or recover your account, because we do not hold the keys.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, distribution of malware, or any attempt to compromise the security or availability of the platform or other users.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
The Free plan supports up to 5 contacts. Premium is billed at ₹99 per month and unlocks unlimited contacts and priority support. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. No Message Recovery
Messages are encrypted with keys held only on your device and are deleted from our servers after delivery. Loss of a device, PIN, or key means permanent loss of message history. This behaviour is intentional and is not a defect.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but provide the service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inovare Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from the design of the encryption model described above.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
9. Governing Law and Contact
